Meet Chaz
Chaz Pence-Griffin is the owner and founder of Dreamhaus Management and a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Florida. With over five years of experience as a buyer's agent specializing in short-term rental investment properties, Chaz brings a rare combination of real estate expertise and hospitality-driven management to every client relationship.
His hands-on approach, deep knowledge of South Florida's STR markets, and genuine passion for design and guest experience are what set Dreamhaus apart from larger, less personal management companies.
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
